There needs to be a royal Commission..........This is really needed a good friend of mine bought a house in vic to renovate...After having her bub she noticed a midwife she had had trouble with in Swan Hill Hospital was slapping and pinching her baby...She made a complaint verbally as the head midwife Thami would not give the complaint form or mandatorily report the abuse. My friend was denied breastfeeding by paulette the abusive midwife and her baby was forcefed 80 mls 3 hrly which was making her sick. denied a obstetrician/paediatrician and threatened with forcible removal of her bub by thami and paulette my friends husband discharged them. He took them to see dr raj at tristar medical swan hill vic the next day where they were checked over and pronounced well. Despite this when they got home they were attacked by police and my friends wife and baby locked in swan hill hospital no calls no visitors based on medical neglect with an unsigned form 10 by Sharon wilson Swan Hill. This Social worker knew there was no problem the parents and dr told her so. Police injured her husband and son and left them injured on the front lawn telling them if they attended the hospital for any reason they would be arrested. At the hearing the following day the judge ordered the socialworker to get the baby cleated by a paediatrician and return it...according to my friends medical records the baby had already been checked and pronounced well but Sharon Wilson was on a mission to remove this child and did not inform the judge this was so. In the next hearing she claimed the baby was ill having stopped breathing in a carers home requiring hospitalisation for around 8 to 10 mins. This is after the court ordered the baby remain in care of hospital until well to be released by paediatrician to the mother. She again lied and said the parents were selfish, unable to care for the child and had a history of neglect. During this time my friends child had fled with the children fearing more violence and had met with an accident and was fighting for her life. The children including her normally resided in qld but Sharon Wilson tried to evacuate them from Sydney back to Melbourne...This failed as facs saw through the bullshit spouted by Sharon Wilson and released both mum and the kids back to qld to recover. In the meantime my friends husband was enjoying daily unsupervised visits with the baby in his home. Does this sound right to you??? Qld docs became involved and determined that my friend and her hubby were good parents and well respected in their community....Still Sharon Wilson would not listen despite docs qld clearing the family, claimed the baby could not be released due to hypothyroidism. There was no medical grounds her theory was based upon but hers as a practitioner. She was asking for permanent custody of the baby on these grounds and neglect and her own personally written family report. Armed with the report from nsw and qld my friends husband had the matter struck out at all levels by the magistrate. Sharon wilson was still protesting the court should put the family under her management when she was told she had no case. Does this sound like a honest social worker working lawfully?? My friend lost her baby for 7 weeks over her lies and those of Thami and Paulette abusive midwives of Swan Hill Hospital Vic. My friends medical record states obstetrician is happy with baby seeing family gp underneath is note from Thami stating that she is mandatorily informing on her client....Why not on herself and paulette? They should not be midwives to vulnerable women. They are criminals. My friend and i are of the opinion the hospital midwives and docs are in a baby trafficking scam to falsely remove babies from good homes for fraudulent reasons to provide economy and jobs for this dying little town. It seriously has the biggest building i,ve ever seen for a tiny area. I,m happy to report my friend and her baby have bonded beautifully...they are happily breastfeeding and there is not a thing wrong with the bub as claimed by Sharon Wilson criminal or her partner and supervisor betty. There needs to be a Royal Commission into these corrupt women...These good families deserve justice.
