There s no mention of the dog baring its teeth at my great niece(the family mentioned) and scaring her(she is 4) , then when her dad asked the owner to control the dog, they stood laughing at the little girls fear. Im sorry but this shows the potential is there and having an unresponsible owner just makes it worse. My great nieces dad was left with no option but to contact the police as the owner was not taking it seriously. They stood laughing along with other members of the family. Then it snarls at the police...need I say more.
