There seems to be a point where any authority will rule against something based on existing legislation rather than an individual cases merit. Even when a law is contravened that does not necessarily that it was done in a wrongful way. It appears this property has been erected using traditional and modern methods and materials, combined to create a model we all could learn from. Without knowing detail, it appears to me this case has to be reconsidered and very carefully, possibly in arbitration if not under new advisement. It has obviously been erected near other buildings and this might present leverage either for or against it - and that evidence must be weighed in accordance with the Welsh Assemblys guidelines as well as other eco or green considerations. If more people had this much gumption the housing crisis and even energy crises would ease. Innovation needs support and perhaps advice, not corporate or authoritative bullying or short-sightedness.
