There seems to be this trend occurring in the network marketing arena where there is all this finger-pointing, slander going on. People making general statuses about how some people arent leaders and are faking it. The truth is the only people who really know your leadership abilities are those that are on your team and are following your suggestions and getting results! And those that connect with the value you share in your statuses. Most people tend to forget that they were once new in an industry that seems to be very unforgiving at times. I commend those that act as if! It is better than taking NO action at all! And when you have joined with a true leader you will be guided into better actions through learning the basic fundamentals of building a business based on what has a proven track record of working in general, and then the specific nuances that your leader will overlay. So, perhaps consider serving less Haterade at your party, and bust out the celebratory champagne!
