There should be a national discussion which forces legislation acknowledging every individuals right to collect rainwater, solar energy, grow a garden, and breathe the air which are freely available self-empowerment opportunities on ones own land or that which a flesh-and-blood person is renting. That there is any issue about this just reveals how much corporations, which want to centralize ownership and control in themselves (on behalf of the one percent), have captured our government - the epitome of fascism.
