Back and Shoulders A1: One arm DB Row 3 sets x 8 Reps x 120 sec 1 set x 8 Reps x 4 Drops B1: Straight arm Pulldown 3 sets x 10 Reps (with partials) x 90 sec (As video shows) C1: straight bar cable rows 3 sets x 10 reps x 10 sec C2: V handle Pulldown 3 sets x 10 Reps x 60 sec (partner change then moved on) C3: neutral grip Pulldown 3 sets x 10 Reps x 10 sec C4; V bar cable rows 3 sets x 10 Reps x 60 sec (partner change then moved on) D1: DB Lateral Raises 3 sets x 12 Reps x 10 sec D2: DB Bent Over lateral raise 3 sets x 12 Reps x 60 sec Calves very sore from Wednesday!!! E1: standing single leg calf raises (bodyweight only) 3 sets x 20 Reps x 60 sec
