There was a Brilliant Breakthrough of Light through the Low Lying - TopicsExpress

There was a Brilliant Breakthrough of Light through the Low Lying Marine Layer this morning. Brilliant light. Looks like the 1.35 Million Dollar Cracker Box sold over the weekend. The sale is now Unpending. So long Mr. Jag. You wont be parking on the street much longer living in a 1.35 Million Dollar House with no garage space. No wonder the place was up for grabs. Down the Street at the Douglas House, new shingles are appearing under the eves. Goody, Goody. The remake two doors down has some SERIOUS I-Beam installation going on that was blocking traffic. Now down the stairs. All the leaves were NOT gone, but the skies were gray...Ive been for a walk, and I need to say.... Sorry. A little Mommas and the Papas Carry away going on. I know I shouldnt obsess like this, but it appears the faux Shania Twain Melon Bus didnt move for the street sweepers as there were piles of leaves and trash in the gutters and intertwined in the ivy below the bougainvillea next to the retaining wall. The leaves and trash remained but the discarded traffic violation envelope was not to be seen. There was erratic carma in the air. The unsettled static kind that leaves you disheveled and irritated. Furthermore, though, down the road at 18th and Storrie, there was a police officer on his hands and knees chalking and marking an illegally parked pink-ish painted TWEET BUSSO bus with painted lips on the front. There were inlaid mosaics of rough cut glass and dragonS pained on the sides. THEN, to my surprise, there was a MUNI CALL IN SICK DAY. They cant strike so they call in sick. MUNI is one of the so-called Transit systems in the city thats supposed to run the buses and the so called subway and light rail systems through town. Public transportation today was at a standstill. I left the overflowingly crowded subway. Grabbed a 33 Stanyon Bus. There were only two of those on line and walked through the stench and squaller @ 16 th and Mission and took BART downtown to work. So much for wanting to get to work early today.....
