There was a LITTLE confusion with some clients thus far on my Piloxing class-- I AM STILL TEACHING the class it has just been RENAMED because I have tweaked some of the elements in the class. By doing so I am not able to follow the exact Piloxing Regulations. I do NOT want to MIS-represent Piloxing, therefor I have changed the name to Bust-A-Move. I have eliminated some elements that were previously mandated as I know many of you would not have enjoyed it. I made it less time for those on tight schedules but just as much of a cardio burn and I also added MORE dance! ITS STILL BOXING and DANCE just now called BUST-A-MOVE... Thurs/ Creative Dance/ 7:15-7:45 (although with cooldown and warm up its prob more like a 40 min class.) Does that make more sense? I dont want anyone to think I canceled it.. i just changed the name and did a bit of tweaking!!! Any questions or concerns please email or call me!!! :)
