There was a Professor Lyn from Dublin Uni who did some significant work on race and IQ and his stats showed huge differences between races. The problem for some people is that they link low IQ with an inability to be high IQ, as though there is a racial barrier to being intelligent. The highest IQ people on the planet are the Northern Asians at 100+ and European and related people slightly sub 100 and black Africans sitting anywhere being sub 60 to low 80s. I think that a races IQ is moveable depending on the activity they engage with. If a low IQ black person engages with the cultural practices of a high IQ race, then their IQ will increase - perhaps slightly at first but more significantly more so as generations engage more deeply over time with the dominant culture. I think its reasonably feasible to say that much of the racial disharmony that exists all around the world does so as a result of the visiting low IQ culture failing to engage fully with that of the host nation. In other words, practicing the cultural values of the higher IQ host race will increase the IQ of the visitor race. If the immigrant culture does not engage its inferiority will become more present and visible and of course this will result in paranoia and unhappiness and finally resentment. So, full engagement is the solution and failure to engage fully is a recipe for IQ disaster. Clearly, in modern societies the barriers to engagement are present but low. There are plenty of examples of foreign cultures where white people cannot fully engage because they are discriminated against. If we want muslims and black people to progress, then full integration must be facilitated. Failure to integrate means immigrants still but mistakenly value their cultural values which of course are recipes for failure, or why else would they leave their culture to go to a Western country? Would anybody seriously believe they are leaving the middle east for example because it is a land of milk and honey? Unlikely. They are here and wherever because they per;cieve life here to be better, but to reap the benefits of a Western life they must engage fully and commit fully to our values because it is the engagement with these values that lead to the better life they seek. Conversely, Western people who yearn for the values of Russia or Korea or Saudi Arabia need to go there if their own culture is not a good fit. IQ is a moveable number but to move it up you must ape the behaviours of people with high IQs. One cant live in American and hope to reap the benefits of that country while living in a tent milking goats. That is not the way forward - that is the way to a low IQ life and stupidity...not absolute stupidity but stupidity relative to the population within which you live, and that leads to resentment and cries of, people are racist to me. Hey, ask Obama or ask Colin Powell or ask Condaleeza Rice or ask Beyonce if playing the victim game is how they got to be the most powerful people in their fields in the West. That is how the West is won.
