We hear our boreal cedar gin smells like the wind on the Temperance River ;) One important thing - We make our gin with malted barley, which is brewed by our partners at Bent Paddle Brewing here in Duluth, and then we distill 4 times to get our smooth clean flavor. Mike and Cheri at Far North Spirits grow their own rye - which is totally amazing - and distill it as the base for their gin.
