There was a kind reminder in my mailbox that the City2Surf run is only 6 weeks away…so I decided to start getting ready and run for about 8k today…the thing with Sydney and suburb that we leave in is….there is no even track longer than 500m…but uphill/downhill and sometimes 60-80 steep stairs that they called streets!!! Today was even better…I decided to try a new track and run along the Foreshore Walk …after three days of constant rain…with many curved stone steps… big mistake!…it was a half of tough mudder, half of Jacob’s ladder…With tracks like this…I’ll be ready in no time
