There was a promise during elections that they will introduce new tax model based on banking transactions (originally called as Ardhakranthi). What happened to that? There was not even mention saying they are working on it. Ideally they shud not even say that they are working on it and 2 months not sufficient kind of excuses; reason is they must have made enough study before making that big process. Now it turns out to be a big bogus promise made only to get votes from cross sections of society. So all are fooled thoroughly. Another promise made during election was: we will make agricultural as profitable occupation and we will ensure 30% of profits to farmers. What happened to this promise? A week ago govt announced minimum support price for Kharif season output. If you see those numbers, they are just pathetic. Prices have been increased by just 50-100 rupees.like every other year. When I read that I was very upset but I thought govt will do something big in the budget. But today if I remember correctly FM did not even uttered the word farmer in his longest budget speech. So what happened to the promise of making agriculture 30% profitable? It is another bogus promise made by BJP to get votes. So they made everyone fools. During election, they promised to bring back black money and will use that money to build infrastructure etc. Two days ago, FM said Swiss Bank replied saying there are no Indian accounts with their original names in Swiss Bank, and our rules will not permit to give any names to outside world. So FM closed this topic once for all. So the promise of bringing black money back is another big bogus promise just to fool people to get votes. They formed a committee to look in to this black money issue and now it is clear that it was just an eye wash bogus committee to fool the public. I want to write some more such bogus promises, but let me stop here. (I am yet to log in to Twitter, but I hope KiranBedi by now must busting crackers and distributing kaju barfi on twitter and singing govt sponsored Bhajans)
