There was a question asked on vulnerability. Does an individuals confidence in letting down their guard to show their vulnerability to the world inspire disdain from others, or does it threaten that others own sense of well-being because subconsciously that other sees the strength and for a reason they cant even begin to contemplate, they are threatened, perhaps without even knowing that this is what is going on? My answer: Both. It inspires the disdain when it threatens someone elses sense of well-being. Vulnerability is power. Disdain towards it is a protection response activated in someone who isnt ready to look at it.
