There was a time in my life when I spent this evening at church, staying up all night to welcome in the first sunrise of the year. I used to enjoy late dinners with friends and wait to ring in the NewYear with them! This year, 2014 will take its exit stage left, and 2015 will assume its role center stage, and all this will be done while I catch up on sleep (my in-loves have offered to take the baby for the night...) Funny how it all changes sometimes...and I couldnt be happier. The last day of the year is sacred, but always a little sad for me. Sometimes I wish I had a few more days to resolve those resolutions still floating out there. But its also a time for thanks and reflection...and what a year it has been for me. But, even as I look back, I dont think anything has come close to the the amazing gift we got this year in the form of our little boy. never thought my heart had room to love another person that much. So, I wont highlight the highs, or remember the lows...Im just incredibly grateful to my God for life and health, for provision and blessings, for the ability He has given me to do what I do...and most of all, for this amazing gift of love from my little family. Its been fun sharing a little of my journey with you...thanks for joining me. I wish you all Gods blessings in 2015! I hope He pours out His blessings on each of us. I pray its an amazing year! ... HAPPY NEW YEAR!
