There was no mistaking the storm at this evenings Warrior Workout. It threatened for the 1st half of the session...then when the heavens did open, not one person left. We all hung in, helped each other through. Heading for a shower now and wondering if I can turn my SYSTEMAX Choc Protein shake into more of a high quality, low carb protein hot choc?? Either that or maybe I can melt one of those THE BAR COUNTER Choc Mint Crunch bars into a mug of warm milk...
