There were concerns last night that congestion on St Marys could rival Londons gridlock, after Cornish travel agent and ex Lay Minister Moses Pentraffic announced cut price travel to the isles. His website crashed at one point with the high volume of sales and its believed that the IoS council will be introducing a Congestion Charge Zone in and around Hugh Town, with a park and ride service being positioned below the airport. He dreamt up the idea last Summer after staying on Tresco and using his divine powers to traverse the islands without the means of a boat, thought it could come in use for tourists.
