There were more than a thousand people joined the rally a while ago ( November 10, 2014, about 9:00 am @ Daet town proper ), raised their concerns and reactions regarding the scandal wherein Gov. Tallado get involved. Based on my obsevation different groups patrticulary women and youth sector participate the protest, mostly aiming the Governor to resign in the political position. When rallyist is nearby to Capitol a louder sound played via larger speaker in Radyo ng Bayon, those sounds bothered their voice and complains. In addition to that, the main gate is securely closed so that people cannot enter to Capitol. According to the Commission of Civil Service ( Francisco Duque ) this is ungraceful conduct and immotal acts and by DILG Sec. Roxas this is the first time in the history that is why thorough study and investigation conducted. This is not about political issue according to Mayor Pretty Boy Jalgalado , it is merely focused that Gov. violated specific laws in womans right and ethical standard, our province featured in malicious acts of politician instead of positive one. In every projects Gov. least prioritize our town Capalonga due to political opponent, take for instance, he realigned projects in Youth Crisis Center, built in elementary school supposedly placed near to gyamnasium, a DILG project. He doesnt coordinate to LGU Capalonga. In this case the people of Capalonga are affected. However, the best thing that we can do is to offer prayers and have faith in GOD, POONG JESUS NAZARENO ALWAYS GUIDE AND PROTECT US. Remember GOD is the center of everything, not the money or power.
