There will be a one hour long Laughter Yoga session on Wed, Nov. 5th at Snap Fitness West Windsor! Class starts at 6pm! Laughter Yoga is a new exercise concept of simulated laughter combined with gentle breathing techniques. It is a new revolution in body mind medicine that teaches the body to laugh without depending on jokes or humor. It is easy and anybody can do it. Laughter is infectious.
