There will not be a civil war in Brazil For there to be a civil - TopicsExpress

There will not be a civil war in Brazil For there to be a civil war there must be two opposing sides each with a leader. However, this could be an old time revolution in which the government is toppled but again, there must be a leader who is opposed to the government In this case, the people are opposed to corruption and the money spent on the football tournament, money that could have been used for social programs. The president did the right thing by speaking to the people and letting them know how she hopes to comply with their concerns. If the Brazilians are satisfied with her promises, they will become calm but watch her every move over a period of time. During that period, there may be someone who becomes strong to lead an opposition. Two things can happen then. One is a civil war between government supporters and non-government supporters like in Syria or there be a new guy on the block leading the opposition. Brazil’s biggest problem appears to be its public debt which is 55% GDP, 5% above the maximum it should be. One thing that should be mentioned is the real population of Brazil. It is still unknown but not mentioned in the statistics. Brazil’s census has never counted people in remote areas and they are left out. Brazil really is in need of the road to Brazil through Guyana and the deep water harbour to ship manufactured goods to the nations of the Caribbean, North America and the EU, Unfortunately, each additional dollar added to the public debt increases the financing cost and the debt load making it a financial risk to potential investors. It needs Guyana to invest in the road and deep water port. But, Guyana has a debt ratio of 66.1% which is 16.1% higher than the recommended amount and that does not take the CJ Airport, Specialty Hospital nor the Amaila Falls projects into consideration, all of which would put Guyana beyond the present state of affairs we are seeing in Greece. So Guyana is in no position to help Brazil. I am praying that God gives me life to see the how this all ends.
