Theres 10 Days between the start of the Jewish Year, Rosh Hashanah (literally Head of the Year) and Yom Kippur. During these days we are to reach out to those we have wronged and ask for forgiveness. Face to face, ideally, or on the phone or, if all else fails, in writing.
