Had a specific need that he call out to Jesus for....He was specific... Where his faith was seeking.... God knows all. He does want us to open our mouth and ask....Sometimes we are speaking one thing and our heart is saying something else..... God is a God of order.... Be encourage, and be in ORDER with Him...Man get confuse, but God isnt!.... His not double minded either, but we can be.....
