Theres a 16-minute video clip going around Facebook right now, complaining about how the movie Noah doesnt live up to their expectations of how to interpret the Bible. Really? What a joke! Of course Noah is going to be a worldly movie. Its worldly people who are making it! Seriously? Are these guys seriously expecting unbelievers to study their bibles more before they make a commercial movie? I give the films creators props for making the movie, knowing that Christians would whine and cry and complain! Is it perfect? How could it be? People made it. I am NOT going to fuss about it! Honestly, this is why nobody listens when Christians tell them about a God who loves: because weve wasted so much time whining about everything else. Go to the movie if you feel like it. Enjoy it as a movie, as entertainment. Or dont go to see it if you dont want to. But DONT expect it to replace your own study of the Word, for pity sake! Thats why we have to learn to eat the meat and spit out the bones!
