Theres a Blesson in everything! We are sitting in Denver awaiting a connection to Maui and my initial reaction was grouchy. It started out grouchy as Steve booked an early 1 stop flight to Maui as we will arrive earlier! The direct flights had us arriving at 9:30 tonite so in all his wonderful brilliance he thought it better to get up at 4:00am, fly to Denver which takes us further away from Maui, connect and arrive at 2:30pm. Well here we are in Denver on a 5 hour layover and not sure thats the end of it yet as this is delay #3. BUT, my super happy, smiley husband has been making light of it and being HAPPY enough to have people think hes probably crazy as the sun is literally shining out of his booty...until now with this 3rd delay! I cannot help but smile HUGE now and ask him where his sunshine went!!!! Honey, this is gonna be GREAT! Now we have even MORE time to connect and entertain our wrangly boys! This is so much FUN! Now he looks at me with one raised eyebrow like Im the crazy one. Lol! Well, there is always a Blesson and things happen for a reason! I think Ill go for a skip around the airport now while singing zippity do da, zippity a...lol. Really now...we are very lucky and toes will be in that ocean soon enough! Hope you have better luck ladies and if not, just skip!
