Theres a border collie thats loose on my street who is friendly but i dont have time or space to bring him in. Hes laying in the grass in front of one of the abandoned houses. He has a home as an outdoor chained dog 24/7 with little shelter. He rarely has food and water. Ive called AC several times and theyve cited them before but they somehow still have the dog. Right now the dog is loose and not on private property if anyone wants to go rescue it. Or when the owners come back tonight and realize it got off the chain they will just put the chain back on him and he will continue living this horrendous life the rest of the winter. Right now there an opportunity to save him if someone is willing Ill give u the address.
