Theres a current backlash in society against photoshopping pictures of people to make them look better. Question - in what way is photoshop different from makeup? Is it ONLY that the latter is applied by the subject (or at least with their consent), while the latter is not necessarily? If thats the case, why is the argument about photoshop being unauthentic? Shouldnt merely be about it being unauthorized?
