Theres a difference between not wanting to settle for less and having too much pride. Many people are reluctant to start from the bottom and work their way up. They excuse themselves and invite public sympathy by saying I cant settle for less. God has great plans for me. But thats a lame excuse often times made by those who just want to be parachuted to the top without starting somewhere. When you have nothing, theres no such thing as less. Its more. Someone out there has never been employed because he or she cant settle for less. But was that less? Or just an opportunity to work hard?
