Theres a huge difference in one being a braggart and one having self-confidence! Self-confidence looks good on anyone and is seen without trying to be seen as to where a braggart will go above and beyond in an attempt to be seen and its usually always noticeable. Self-confident people dont feel the constant need to tell everyone about their accomplishments or what material things that they have as to where a braggart does have the constant need to not only tell it, but often post photo after photo on social networking sites of materialistic things or petty things. Braggarts crave the attention, theyre egotistical and what people think of them matters very much to them, as long as everyone thinks that they are high and mighty and above most others and they often dont care who they hurt as to where self-confident people have humility embodied within, an inner strength that does not diminish others and has no desire to bring anyone down. Braggarts seek approval from the public, they have to have it, their status and what people think of them mean more to them than what they truly are as to where someone with self-confidence could care less what anyone thinks because they know who they are and they dont seek approval from anyone. Braggarts much like arrogance is often an attempt by someone with low self-esteem to gain praise from others through false confidence, hoping to feel self-worth, someone with confidence already knows what he or she is worth and they already know what other people think doesnt justify who they really are. Confident people tend to be more aware and accepting of those times when they aren’t always in the right as to where a braggart - especially one with arrogance - has to always be right, they refuse correction. So yeah theres a huge difference in a self-assured life and a self-inflated existence and it only takes a fraction of common sense to know the difference, what most braggarts doesnt realize - theyre only fooling themselves, not so much the public that think looks up to them... Just being honest!
