Theres a lot going on this weekend, but we hope youll make time today (June 21) to attend the Warrens Fire Department Open House, the Jerry Johnson Cancer Memorial Benefit and Go Skateboarding Day at the Neighborhood Skatepark. The Fire Departments Annual Pig Roast and Open House runs from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the fire station. Come for the free food, tours, demonstrations and fun. The Jerry Johnson Memorial Cancer Benefit starts at 2 p.m. and will go until 7 p.m. (or when the food runs out) at the Warrens Lions Log Building. The softball tournament begins at 9 a.m. at the Warrens ball field. And out at the Neighborhood Skatepark, skateboarders can skate all day for just $6. See the skateparks Facebook page for details.
