Theres a major difference in a party that is trying to make a transition into a new Presidency by extending an olive leaf in trying to make things good on the way in - and a completely obstructionist republican party that vowed to make the POTUS a one term President before he even took office. That completely identifies the republican leadership and it has continued in a complete disrespect for the POTUS since day one. As a retired military man I took an oath to this country. I happen to love and have put my life on line for this country for 23 years. To see it evolve into a complete obstructionist, hate filled political system that has deliberately hurt families for the past 5 years is more than myself and millions of other veterans intend to take. Not only are millions of other republicans jumping ship, but millions of other veterans feel the same way. Sorry if you feel the republican way but youre on the wrong side of history here. It doesnt take a rocket scientist to remember who ran the economy into the ground and then immediately tried to start blaming the new guy. Im a little too old and a lot more seasoned than to believe that bullshit story and many of my fellow republicans are seeing the light as well. I will be voting BLUE in November and I challenge other republicans to fact check things and join me.
