Theres an online pet products retailer... From whom we won $500 in a contest... and, almost more importantly, from whom a TON of the stuff you guys purchase for us on amazon is shipped... THREE MONTHS LATER and we have have not received our check from them. I have followed up in email three times, with no response. I have called and spoken directly to the person that originally contacted us for mailing information and he said the checks need to be approved and will be there soon. I called AGAIN a few weeks later and asked for his boss. Receptionist spoke to her and came back on phone and said soon. Then I asked for that persons VM and left a very specific message asking for her to return my call. She never did. Spoke with her just now... She says she never got voicemail, never talked to receptionist, never talked to original guy that was the contact for the contest. They havent sent out checks to ANY of the three winners. She tells me I dont even know who the winners are; I never received anything. We have a lot going on. We send out a lot of checks. We are a very big company. IMO, they should be ashamed. As a rescue, its hard to even keep our bills paid. As I type, I have $1200 due to our accountant and our vet bills are on their way up again, plus everything else. And here is a HUGE company -- and I am having trouble biting my tongue posting their name here... But I forced her to give me a date and she said a week. Im not counting on it...
