Theres days at work when I seriously just want to say exactly whats on my mind and tell them where the bear craps in the woods and just how he does it and not care about repercussions but then I think oh but wait if I did that I would be wrong... Sometimes I have co workers that just grind my gears because I find it that they think I dont know what Im talking about... Ive been head chef and 40% owner of a restaurant I have also been a project manager in construction then I headed to be the lead of the business. Im young but Im definitely experienced I only scratched the surface on my experience in leadership.. Please dont talk to me like youre better than me you have nights you have the easiest shift for *insert position*(not mentioning names but you may be able to guess) Its a pet peeve of mine we are all human dont be an arse and keep your narcissism to yourself. (Rant over) now that thats out of the way, besides that today was great! :) tomorrows payday and a day off! And I think I was promised subway on Friday? ;) Gregg hahahahaha cant really complain Ive got so much going for me and so much in store for me here with leadership training, and I am on a path of growth that can only benefit me :) I suppose I cant put up with annoying coworkers until I move up :P
