Theres no choice. I never cared if any person shared my crap or used it as a cover or profile photo. I didnt even care when a person asked if they could use something for a fundraiser. But for a corporation, whos stock continues to rise wants to take ownership for advertising and marketing purposes, sorry. Hire me if you want my shit. Otherwise, steal someone elses. Ive already deleted every album I could from my phone. I do realize that anybody couldve stolen my crap at any time and have seen pics of mine used in memes. But this is corporate America robbing all of us of our most personal crap. Its not easy to just delete 5 years of pictures and words that were and are extremely personal to me. Much of what Ive written, poetry and prose, these were the sole copies and are now gone forever. But like Remmington, I will burn my studio before I will give my crap away for someone elses profit. Facebook, is not free. They keep taking more and more. If they charged money for us to use it, we would be customers and therefore would have rights. But we are not and dont. I have a lot of friends that I love dearly and will miss. But I am not a complete sellout. Facebook keeps taking and we keep hitting the accept button.
