Theres no code section that says stipulated expulsions deny rights - TopicsExpress

Theres no code section that says stipulated expulsions deny rights to an appeals hearing, said Spitzer. What? Thats a complete misrepresentation of the facts and laws. (Mr. Todd Spitzer I encourage you to read the case law on contracts that include waivers and releases. This is basic contract law.) There is no right to appeal but a County Supervisor & the OCDE are now causing our NMUSD to expend attorneys fees because they have to sue us to get a judge to do their job. Money that is better spent in the classroom, on the field, in the pool or gym, on a stage, or in the band room. This is ridiculous.
