Theres nothing easy about leadership, if there were we would all be leaders. There are leaders of tasks and there are leaders of people! Each person called to step forward or nominating themselves into the light of leadership needs to be honest about what they are! Are you a leader of tasks or a leader of people. For both groups of people the only key that unlocks the door to that question, is the key of self honesty. The limelight of attention and prominence can cast beguiling shadows across our egos and disguised limitations. Being forced into that place of vulnerability about our true ability can be a naked place in the spotlight of harsh criticism. Only Self Honesty can save you from standing in that place of naked self exposure! Find the place you fit, pray for a spirit of humility and serve JESUS with the freedom and conviction your soul needs to be productive...
