Theres only two things you need to say when a police officer stops you: 1)Am I being detained, Officer? and 2)Am I under arrest? The Police WANT you to talk so they can use that information against you- your best defense is to say NOTHING because they WILL twist it around to justify THEIR pay check. If they say you are being detained then it means youre going to be arrested- dont fight; immediately say I am invoking my 5th Amendment right against self-incrimination, I want an attorney and a glass of water. As soon as you do this if they keep badgering you any case they make against you will be thrown out for violation of your civil rights.
