Theres something going on with this news reporters eyes. At one point when she blinks, her eyes look really strange, almost like her pupils are rolled up at the top of her eye sockets. Theres also changes in the shape and color of her pupils. Ill play the always has an explanation advocate, and guess she has a very rare eye stigma. At first, I thought the video on YouTube was altered. However, I have gone to a reputable news organization web site where the original video was aired on 2/27/2014, and even on that site, the exact same issues are going on with her eyes. The YouTube video freeze-frames the eye anomalies during the news broadcast, but you really have to watch the original video closely.
