Theres something i will like to share with someone. I got a call from a weeping son in the Lord, late last night complaining of being abandoned by people he looked unto - friends and snr associates. That was the 17th time i will hear that. Are you also one feeling this world is wicked because friends and or relations deserted, rejected, cheated or deceived you? I have been there and i am still going through it too. You should also disregard them and move on in life. You need to 1st be sure of your character. If your heart does not condemn you, move on. Gods plan is that many people are to play out their ministry, both negative and positive in your life. God created the good and bad people. When their commission expires in your life, all of you must move on. You must have the good, the bad and the ugly to have a complete record of life. Pretences is a confluence, goodness is the course, deceit is a tributary, loyalty a bed but faithfulness marks how the end of a river will be. So it is in friendship or relationship. Saul was once a toast of Israel and God but God rejected him because of his disobedience and preferrence to the people. The same people who rejected David came to beg him to be their king. It is normal that when people can benefit something from you, youll be their toast. Kings have publicly called me son before; Bishops label me super; Politicians sought me like Nicodemus; top military officers terminated friendship because i dont drink, womanise and i possess strange powers. I had several invitations to join cultic groups for my own good. I may not know your pain but Jesus took them to the cross. Dearly beloved, burdens are lifted at Calvary, Jesus is waiting to carry them. Bother not about man whose faithfulness is like the faithfullness of Judah that fades away like the morning dew. There is someone whose faithfulness is forever more. He never forgets, reject or decieve His own. He is Jesus Christ of Nazareth whose shoulder is broad enough to give you a comforting hug. He never fails neither does He disappoint. Call upon Him now.
