Theres still good people in this world. Yesterday I got a call from Wilbur Martinez from Z-4 Enterprises, and told me, I fixed your presa and the water is running again. Then he said, And your acequia doesnt owe me anything, youre always helping me. I couldnt believe it, though hes helped us other times pro bono. He was there removing the USGS building that had collapsed into the river and since he had his big track hoe he took over half a day to fix our acequia. Totally unexpected since we didnt know how we were going to pay for the work since just a week before the first flood caused a lot of damage and our bank account was scrapping bottom. For that reason every time we need heavy equipment work we hire Wilbur, he knows what he is doing, has the right equipment and most of all a big heart. Gracias Wilbur, que Dios te bendiga!
