Theres the saying, until God opens the next door praise Him in the hallway. I held on to that saying for quite awhile. Well, I have been in what I have perceived a hallway for so long, that I no longer believe that. Instead, I believe that where I am this moment is exactly where God wants me to be. Even though this place is not what I had planned. Even though this place doesnt feel good and isnt comfortable and to my liking. Just because I dont like it doesnt mean that it isnt His plan. Just because we hoped for something better, doesnt mean that this place isnt better FOR us. He hasnt left me stuck in some hallway this whole year. He is and has been with me every step of the way, and I choose to praise Him today, in this moment, and in this place. Its taken me awhile to get here, but I hope my words encourage someone else who is going through hardship right now...
