Therese no money, the politicians don’t care, it’s just me and my follow riders down here and there’s not 2 many of us left, or even track work riders for that fact, meaning that if I have a day off, my horses don’t get worked, the same riders, racing the same horses. Week in and week out. We have to work really hard and long just to get by. I know the horses and the riders like the back of my hand. I’v got to out think my fellow riders down here. The world is dieing and I’m afraid we’re going to be the next ones to lose or lively hoods, we’re the back water of Australia and the government has already given up on us, du to them selling our only life line Tote, which not long after the government sold it, started turning a profit. But wait a second, didn’t the government sell that to help out the rest of the state. They could of saved us then, but they cut us lose and broken there twenty year promise on funding already, our assets were our lives but the government’s sold most of them and now tasssie dieing quicker than ever. All the prise money that these horses generate. Gets spent in this state. Flowing into our cars and into our shops. So yer lets this moltie million dollar industry die. Tell the rest of the world Tasmania is lost. So now I’m going to eventually lose my lively hood down here in tasssie my home. “I was born to race and in the sport of kings, I am a king and my horses are my army and I battle every weekend for my subjects, you the punter. ”
