These PBE changes are SOO fking amazing! just reading it is making me hyped for season 5 and the preseason as well! surrenderat20.net/2014/10/109-pbe-update.html Highlights: -> New camp in the river (roaming crab) -> grants vision and movement speed bonuses -> upgradeable smite (smiting diff camps grants potential vision bonuses) -> Movement speed relic in toplane (grants vision as well, great for top laners that might shove waves in...-cough cough singed-) -> singed buffs and new model hell yea! -> The new elixers fck yes please! -> killing dragon regularly gets your team some OP bonuses (dragonslayer bonus stacks up to 5 times) -> kill baron and within a short time frame (like 10s after killing it ) you can recall in HALF the time! (4s recall mangg) -> Minions get buffed by baron buff as well! -> new siege elixers! -> Health/mana regen that scales with base % regen instead of flat #s. -> Smite CAN damage champions (IF YOU upgrade one of the recipe items) -> ALL main armor/magic resist items NOW BUILD OUT OF CLOTH ARMOR and null magic mantle...this is an awesome change! total build recipes have been adjusted to reflect this (total combined cost is the same) MAN THIS IS SO GOOD I HOPE AT LEAST 90% of this hits live. - reposting this since the first post only cares about splash art...LOOK AT THE GAMEPLAY CHANGES!
