These Pups born Feral to a Feral Mom were quite a challenge to get. First, the concerned person feeding them had to get them friendly enough to handle. Then it was time to capture them. They have been well fed but still a little afraid of humans. Once captured, they stayed in isolation with a Foster in Norway House as her Family worked on their social skills. Last night, after some issues with flights they finally made it in. These Pups had us on pins and needles when they did not show up in Winnipeg for their scheduled flight time. They were dropped off at the right time, but no one told us they did not make their flight. This serious issue will be worked on with the Airline Company. They are all doing fine and are adjusting well to being with people. Their social skills will include being a part of a Foster Family that has Dogs to teach them the skills they need.
