These are 3 very beautiful photos my Ram Muay last night by Tom Brown of MuayThaiAction Photography & Video. The 3rd of these is absolutely insane, and Tom wants me to say it has not been photo shopped, etc. It is a little misleading because it is at the exact moment of the executioners sword strike and my tricep is whipped out by the movement, but honestly my physicality is a complete surprise to me anytime I see it in photos. I train extremely hard, multiple sessions a day, but I dont lift (aside from an occasional set of squats), I do not work on my size. This is all from tons of bagwork, tons of padwork, tons of clinching, some pullups and pushups, just the things I need to do to fight at my best. It seems Ive been blessed with a strength, and anything else I blame on that damn Sarah Conner. Dahaknoi.
