These are cumulative examples of why an African American male has second thoughts of fully cooperating with cops who are willing to violate their oath of office, in exchange for being a hot-headed, trigger happy cop who disregards the significants of black males in this country. These are equivalent to modern day lynchings, and the only difference is primarily the choice is a gun instead of a rope hanging from their neck.
