These are from a couple of days ago. See the filth? See how the top and bottom of the doghouse have become separated (you cant really tell in this pic, but the floor of the doghouse was covered with rainwater). See that poor dog? Shes left outside year round, regardless of the weather. Right now, shes caught on the chain link fence of her enclosure and cant move more than about two feet in either direction. I have called Animal Control every day for the past four days, and when they come out, they say theres nothing they can do, except tell the owners to unhook her from the fence. Of course, because the fence isnt repaired, she immediately gets caught on it again. Tonight, its freezing outside. This dog is once again caught on the fence and cannot reach her food, water, or shelter (which is crap, anyway). The owners have been made aware and do nothing. Animal Control says they cannot come out until tomorrow because this is not an emergency. The dog is vicious, so I cant do anything to help her. WTH is this acceptable?
