These are great containers that are really cheap here in Indonesia. My wife, Evie Hatch, and I are trying to encourage locals to use them more instead of plastic takeaway boxes and plastic bags. While youre in Bali, buy a bunch and keep a couple in your car and one in your motorbike. They have a handle on them so you dont need a bag to carry them in; they come in stacks of up to ten so you can fit lot of takeaways in them; they are stainless steel so theyre hygienic, non-toxic and keep the heat; you can also eat directly from them, so you dont need to wash extra plates or create more trash. Win-win solution for Balis takeaway environment. We want to encourage companies, restos and warung to sign write them with their names/logos and sell them to customers (or give them to customers if they spend a large amount getting takeaways. Any more thoughts on this one people?
