These are just a few bits and pieces of my life and view from my house on Crete for my family and friends in the U.S. Of course some of you have been here but for those who have not, maybe now you will be tempted. The mountain and sea view is spectacular - faces the East end of the island that sort of wraps around me. It is about 67 kilometers from my house to the very end (east). If I am successful in posting these I will try some more another time. My lovely enclosed porch is where I do most of my art lessons. It is a great space year round. A lovely Greek friend of mine dyed the Easter eggs last year, as she does every year, using only natural coloring and plants to decorate.
