These are my transformation photos from when I had done the 21 Day Fix early in the Fall. I had the last remaining stubborn 6 pounds to lose and wanted to get started with a fitness program to help me tone and tighten my muscles. I accomplished BOTH! But the BEST part of completing the 21 days of health eating and workouts is the great eating habits I learned that stuck with me! I have maintained my weight and its been nearly 3 month since I completed it! This program is not about starvation, its not about pills or wraps or any other gimmick. This was about LEARNING to eat the proper foods and healthy portions. I never felt hungry or tired. I felt satisfied and strong.
