A Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of progressive HR experience or equivalent education/experience is required. Health care experience is required and SPHR certification preferred. Minimum of 2 years nursing experience required. This position will work full time hours which may include weekends and/or holidays. Qualified applicants must have current Florida RN license. Experience required includes a minimum of 1 year in-patient nursing experience and previous Hospice or Home Health experience. BSN preferred. This position will provide On Call coverage for our 8 county service area for 7 consecutive days followed by 7 days off. The schedule for this position is Thursday through Wednesday, with the hours of 5pm to 8am weekdays and 24 hour coverage on weekends.
