These are two of the three reasons I live for everyday! No matter where you go in life, people are going to judge you. Reality is that those same people have made mistakes, yet they dont tend to speak of them unless they get called out on it of course. One thing I know for certain is that these kids are my world, & our life may not paint the perfect picture, but at the end of the day they have a mother hand selected by God himself to raise them up. At 18 years old I had Kolby, who also faced struggles when he entered this world, & through my diligent persistent inner being, the last almost 13 years I fought for him to get all the assistance needed to make him succeed. Trystan, I guess has the same fight inside her as I do, & has took flight all on her own. Shes def a little Miss independent! Then there is sweet little Eli who fights just to survive. God knew that bc of my strong will and determination that I would be the perfect fit to be his mother. I cant fathom my life without either one of my kids, but one thing God has taught me since Eli came along is that I can only do so much as a mother and he is the one in total control. Life is a constant struggle, but I wouldnt have it any other way. You can either drown in the deep sea of life or you can put your sails up and cross the sea! Just remember you have the right equipment to survive the journey, but God must be the Captain in the calm or storms to make it all work appropriately. I get sidetracked daily, but when its all said and done despite my battles, I know one day Ill make it to the other side. In the words of Preacher Jeff ODell I got my ticket! No matter what you face or how low you feel there is a higher power that surpasses all human understanding. It is through FAITH that we learn to let go and let God! Anyone that thinks they dont need God or there is not a God, Im here to tell you there is!!! Ive seen my Eli on the edge of death itself not once, but twice in the last 19 months!!!!! Losing a loved one is never easy, & sometimes can cause doubts, questions that sometimes we never will know the answer to this side of Heaven, anger, & many other emotions. Its in those times, you must rely on our Heavenly Father to get you through the days ahead. Happy Saturday everyone!
